Background
I am Samantha Gardner (A.Inst.L.Ex), a freelance conveyancing specialist and Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives with over 20 years' experience in the conveyancing industry.
My breadth of experience includes setting up and running conveyancing departments in a number of local North East firms as well as running a high volume conveyancing team for a national firm of solicitors. I have gained an extensive knowledge of a range of case management systems as well as an organised and professional approach to business development and networking.
As well as the more traditional office-based work methods, I am experienced in remote working and can operate equally effectively in a paperless virtual environment.
My primary aim is to offer an exceptional service to the client, by ensuring a smooth, professional and efficient approach throughout the whole process.
How I can help you
Operating as a locum, I am available to support your business for ad hoc short term periods which can be as little as half a day or for longer periods of time, depending on your individual needs. This can include covering for staff shortages due to short term sickness or holiday, additional temporary support to deal with a heavy workload or covering for longer periods of maternity or sick leave. Additionally I offer a range of consultancy services and training covering the whole conveyancing spectrum, including the use of case management systems, improving customer service and business development.
