Drawing on my range of experience of working in the conveyancing departments of a number of local North East firms as well as working in a high volume environment for a national firm of solicitors, I am quickly able to pick up and manage your conveyancing caseload at short notice and continue to provide an excellent service to your clients.

This can be as a result of the need for emergency short notice cover due to unexpected staff shortages, holiday or sickness cover, maternity cover or as a temporary extra pair of hands to help you meet your clients' deadlines when you have a heavy workload.

I am very happy to provide this support at very short notice and will always seek to meet your precise resourcing needs wherever possible, whilst offering creative alternative options if necessary.

  • I have many years experience of working with a range of conveyancing case management systems and can offer you support and guidance on how to get the best out of your existing system to maximise efficiency and improve customer service.

    I can provide training for you and your staff on using and maintaining the system to maximum effect and, once familiar with your system, can offer a telephone helpline service to support you and your team remotely as required.
